“I seriously can’t stop raving about these people- they got me out of a bad personal situation. I won’t go into great detail, but I needed to sell my house pretty much immediately and they made that happen for me. Quickly had the contract to me, and had me into close pretty immediate as well. The pressure that was created by owning that home is now off my back and money is back in my wallet. Grateful is an understatement” –Arianna Swanson

I had such a great experience working with this company on selling my mothers house. My mother unfortunately passed suddenly leaving her possessions to me. I have no siblings, so it was just me left with her house and another mortgage payment. I am currently working part-time and my husband is recently retired from the Military after 40 years. Our personal mortgage payment is $2150 and my mothers was $1100 with $78,329 still owed. We just could not swing that extra money every month. We decided to rent the house out for $1500 to make the payment and a profit. That went great for a few months until the roof started leaking, and the pipes froze. We took the profit we had been saving and put it towards the repairs but still had to pay around$3000 out of pocket. For about a year after those repairs, things went without issue and we recouped our money. Around the end of 2019, we had pipes freeze again and the whole house flooded. The repairs were astronomically priced… Not too much work, but expensive work. Replacing floors, some dry wall, re-painting, trim, replacing all pipes that were broken, ceiling repair etc. Jim and I decided to try to sell it and just wanted out. A realtor was out of the question because she wanted us to make all repairs plus upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms. We were looking at a bid of $48,000 all in. There was no way we were going to do that! We passed a work van and called the number because it said “sell your house as-is” and that is just what we wanted to do. We spoke with Kris and he wanted to meet us at the house. He went through and made a thorough list of repair items, and gave us the break down on what he would do if he purchased it. He was upfront and honest from the beginning and did what he said he was going to do. He purchased the house without us doing anything to it, and we made enough to pay off the mortgage, and put some into savings. I could not recommend this enough to anyone in a similar situation. Professional, honest, and great down to earth people. I got an honest offer quickly for my house. Didn’t have to wait for it to be listed or fix anything. Best option in my opinion. –Jason Hummelson

Great experience, sold the house and made some money. Thank you for being so transparent and upfront. Will recommend to friends. Arya MacLean

We just left closing on our house and I want to write about my experience.
For starters, our house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house that we have rented out for about 15 years. We have tried to keep up with it, however, the renters that have been there since 2014 destroyed the house and we just could not afford to repair anything. They had a grill right next to the house which melted the siding in a large area. We allowed them to have a german shepherd in the house, and he ate our door trim and scratched our cherry flooring. Without us knowing, they had a cat in the back bedroom and let it urinate on our carpet (that was brand new when they moved in) and they wood under needs to be completely torn out and replaced… among SEVERAL other things that need to be replaced at the house.
My husband had a contractor come out and give us an estimate on repairing the items and it came to almost $29,000. Unfortunately, we don’t have that and couldn’t take out any loans since we are planning on purchasing a new house after selling this one and the one we personally live in.
We had a realtor come out and he told us to repair things, or sell it as-is to a company such as this one.
After our initial call to Kris, he came out to our house and gave us an offer right there. We negotiated until we were all comfortable with the price.
We did not have to make any repairs at all to the place and pocketed a large amount of money to put towards our next purchase.
It was a fast and easy process that we are extremely grateful for. Ellenor Watt

Most professional company I have talked to about selling my home. I have always preached honesty is the best policy and everyone at the company is honest and up front. Saved me from paying commission to a realtor and kept me from having people in the house during covid19. Jonah Parks

Liquidating some of my rental properties- decided to give a “sell your house quick” company a try. Glad I did. Wonderful folks, gave me time to get my tenants out before closing on it. Feels good to put money back in my pocket. Glad I sold to these guys instead of listing with an agent. Much quicker process for the end goal I had.Wayne Hockaday

I am so very gracious and appreciative for all the help, guidance, and reassurance I was given by Kris. He really helped me get what I needed, answered my thousands of questions and concerns and made the whole process quick, easy and smooth. Kris helped us when we had to sell our mother’s home after her passing. He managed to go to closing on time, as promised, even though the COVID19 lockdown happened in the middle of the process. I would highly recommend Home Investors if you are looking to sell your house. They really help you throughout the whole process. Titus Levino

“Quite often investors are willing to pay cash for a home and with the recent tightening of financial restrictions, coupled with the growing number of complaints about low appraisals, having a cash buyer has become even more appealing.”
